How do I handle customer invitations?

Our user-friendly online client management tool offers a convenient “Invites” feature that enables easy scheduling and tracking, which either you or we can oversee.

How long does it take?

Minimum booking time is 3 hours.

Do you have additional charges?

Additional charges will apply for items over 250 lbs. Extra heavy items (gun safe, piano, china cabinet, stone or marble items, etc).

Double Drive Time?

The Double Drive Time law requires the moving company to double the origin to destination time. i.e. If it takes 15 minutes to get from origin to destination, the moving company will put 30 minutes on the invoice as Double Drive Time.

Can I modify my schedule?

How is invoicing carried out?

A 50% initial payment is required, with the remaining 50% to be paid 24 hours prior to the service to be provided or the product to be delivered.

Can I obtain a receipt for my purchase?

Absolutely, feel free to reach out to our business support team for assistance and have your unique transaction ID in hand.

Our company provides assemble and disassemble of furniture. Included the hourly rate.
